“Paul gave me the best customer service I could imagine: helped me finding a stone, kept me informed on the whole process and ensured a very quick delivery, apart from being super quick on responding to any queries. On top of all that, the ring is really beautiful and the price is the best I could find in the UK.”

“Very good quality custom jewelery at a fair price. Pre-sales help and advice is excellent (Paul), very helpful with no pressure to buy, and very knowledgable. A very good stock of diamonds to choose from, both natural and lab grown, with an equally good online interface if you want to specify you own selection, or they will do it all for you, your choice. The resulting product (a pendant in this case) was made to specification, and deliverd, exactly on time. Don't expect too much in the way of a fancy box, but you will be very pleased with what's inside the box, and that's what counts. Great service, lovely jewelery, all delivered at a fair price.”

“I have bought loose diamonds from Paul of Quality Diamonds a number of times. Each time his (and QDs) service has been exceptional, hence why I keep going back. This time I needed a diamond for a pendant I was making. I had a budget and Paul put me on to Lab Grown Diamonds as value for money, one of which I eventually purchased. If you want individual, personal service when purchasing a stone(s) I believe you can do no better than speak to Paul and QD. I will certainly be back the next time I want a diamond.”

“I can’t fault the customer service of the online team. They were responsive and very helpful. I won’t get to see my new earrings in person until August, but they look beautiful down a Teams call line and I’m certain this will be the case in real life too. Thank you”

“I purchased my partners engagement ring from Quality Diamonds and we returned to purchase our wedding bands. Paul gave us fantastic levels of service, especially helping me with my choice of ring by providing custom samples in large sizes! The rings were produced in a timely manner after ordering and are of great quality, we are both very pleased with them. We had a few appointments in the MK office with Paul which was a great environment to make this purhcase.”

“I have used Quality Diamonds 3 times, most recently for my wife's 50th (earrings) and for two 18th birthday presents for my daughtes (necklace & ring). “Today’s whole experience was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for Paul . He took the time to explain everything in detail I didn’t feel rushed or pressured throughout the whole duration. Paul just wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase. Prior to our visit he noted all our requirements from our telephone conversation, and on the day was totally prepared. If I had to some up the experience in one word it would be “ Faultless”.”

“I bought my Wife's engagement ring and then when getting married, our wedding rings from Quality Diamonds. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and the diamonds vs cost were superb. 5 years on one of my Wife's small diamonds from her wedding ring band fell out. Without any fuss or issues they replaced the diamond free of charge and sent back to me in next day signed delivery. Amazing service, highly recommend.”

“Daniel looked after us from the moment we arrived, patiently explained all of our options and at no stage did we ever feel under pressure to buy or were we upsold - in fact he suggested we take as much time as possible in the decision.
