“Absolutely great experience. Dealt with Daniel F. in London and he was so helpful in helping us choose the best diamonds and arranging the making of the ring. I always felt that he had our best interests at heart - not just wanting to get as big a sale as possible. Everything was done to the schedule and delivered when they said it would be. Would have no doubt about using QD again or recommending them to others.”

“I wanted something really special for my engagement ring. Which was easily achieved with the great help and communication recieved from paul who guided me through every step of the way. I loved the fact i was shown a good selection of stones nice to exceptional and at no point was i pushed to purchase the most expensive. I was also in a bit of a rush to get the ring and still wasnt dissapointed with the service i recieved to get it to me. The ring itself was magnificent and was very pleased with the individual certificates i got for each stone purchased. Would highly recommend and will most definately use again to get a matching eternity ring. Thank you paul excellent service”

“I found Quality Diamonds online and followed this up with a meeting in the Milton Keynes office. The levels of service I received from Sammi-Jo was exceptional, along with an amazing ring which was made for my fianc�. The ring was made in good time for our trip to Italy, which was in the same month, and when the ring was resized, this was also delivered back swiftly and in time for a big event. I would highly recommend this company based on their levels of service and product. If you are looking to get a ring as a surprise their knowledge can help guide you through the process and understand what you are buying. Thank you Sammi and the wider team :) Josh”
