“I took a bespoke diamond earring to quality diamonds as I had lost one and needed a replacement. Paul was excellent , he was very knowledgeable and offered a number of different options to replace my earring at the best possible price . I also needed it for a special occasion and they made sure it was delivered to me in time . I would definitely go back to quality diamond and highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and service . Thank you”

“I ordered a 1carat diamond pendant and it was hassle free, delivered on time and exactly what I wanted. I liked that I could choose my exact diamond and that it was fully certified. This website is giving value for money-non of these 70% discount scams that you see at high street jewellers which makes you wonder how much profit they make at the normal price”

“I have to say Dan (Dan the diamond man) Was just a pleasure to deal with! His advice was so helpful and he made the whole process so very much easier than it potentially could have been if I was left to my own devices. We certainly ended up with an amazing ring at a fair price , I am very happy and hopeful my gorgeous wife to be ( assuming she says yes) will agree!😊”

“FANTASTIC CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SERVICE I purchased a ring this week with the help of Daniel in the Hatton Garden branch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to answer my questions and give me advice and information on important aspects of purchasing diamond jewellery that I hadn’t even considered. He was very professional while being friendly. I was made to feel my custom was important to him, which really means a lot to me as I am sure my purchase was a fraction of the price of the majority of his customers. Daniel was in regular communications with me, by both email and telephone and I am sure he stayed late to speak to me also. He informed me of the after sales care, which confirms for me the quality of the company and I hope to be buying from him again.”

“I purchased a sapphire and diamond ring to celebrate my 60th birthday. The appointment was made via email. On arrival it’s all professional and secure. Daniel had 5 sapphires of different shape and size to view. Once the sapphire had been selected I chose the setting from trays of examples. My ring arrived 3 weeks later via Royal Mail. This is now the 3rd ring I have chosen and had made by them. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“Diamond arrived on promised day. Very reliable service. I was supieses with the purchase pack that was in the box including certificate for insurance purposes and other related documents.
