He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to answer my questions and give me advice and information on important aspects of purchasing diamond jewellery that I hadn’t even considered. He was very professional while being friendly. I was made to feel my custom was important to him, which really means a lot to me as I am sure my purchase was a fraction of the price of the majority of his customers.
