“Brilliant service. Came within 10 seconds of me putting in the serial number. However getting the serial number was a whole different story as I had to take apart the radio housing in my car. Note to self. Write down radio codes and save them and don't leave car showrooms without it.”

Hi Neil We don't seem to have any record of you contacting us directly about this. In future if something goes wrong we recommend reaching out to us first before leaving a negative review, as this gives us no opportunity to look into what's happened. If we determine that your radio code is incorrect for your radio we would be happy to refund you, but in our experience 95% of incorrect radio codes are due to the serial number being entered incorrectly by mistake. So we can start looking into this, please send us a picture of your radio's serial number - either on the display or sticker label - to: help@rapidradiocodes.co.uk
