“ReachLink has excellent customer service and makes scheduling so easy and convenient! I’ve had such horrible luck with finding the right therapist for me. I felt like the first therapist they linked me with wasn’t a good fit for me, but they listened to my needs and found me another therapist who has been just an absolute God-send. I just wish I would’ve found this help/ReachLink years ago!”

“From the moment I started talking with Ryan I felt like I was in the right place. He listened and made me feel comfortable during this difficult time. After our discussion he suggested who he thought might be a good fit for me to talk with. And the next day I had my first appointment with April. I felt safe in sharing my story with her-not only is she a wonderful listener but she also asks many questions to help us figure out where we should go with future appts. I am feeling hopeful that she will help me and look forward to our next appointment!”

“Susan Garrett is amazing! I highly recommend her! She helped save my marriage. My husband and I were having some heated arguments which were causing division and I was at the point of giving up and calling it quits. She gave us tools to utilize the next time we had a disagreement and they worked! These tools work if both spouses have an open heart are willing to try them. My husband and I communicate better and we haven't had an intense argument since we have learned these new ways of communicating. I will forever be grateful to Susan!”

“After my first session with Rachelle I was very relieved. It’s been a long time that I have had someone to express my mental state and emotions to and receive unbiased feedback. Having someone to talk to and that person having experience and knowledge to give constructive and positive advice from meant the world to me. I am looking forward to future sessions so I can continue to work on and improve my wellness. ReachLink is the provider I have needed without knowing and I am extremely grateful for their services.”

“When making an appointment Steven made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I felt like I was talking with a friend while trying to find the right provider. He wanted to find me the right person and went above and beyond to do so. They also ensure I get scheduled for my next appointment by following up with me via text after I am seen. The texting is convenient and easy and a big time saver. I have seen Susan a few times but she is amazing and exactly what I was needing as a counselor. I feel hopeful in my journey as I continue to heal and I am so thankful for this team!”

“I have now been a customer with reach link since July 2021 so 4 months. They are amazing. The gentleman Steven has paired me not only with my own therapist who has helped me through a difficult time, but also a couples therapist who is equally as amazing. And working towards saving my marriage. They are amazing!”

“The process is easy. They are very helpful and quickly respond to clients. Interested in how I’m doing and when I didn’t like my therapist I was quickly give bios of other therapist to choose from. Good job!!!”

“I am so relieved that I found a service like Reachlink. After months of attempting to find a therapist through my healthcare provider with difficulty and frustration, I came across Reachlink and it was a total game changer. They matched me with a therapist in no time, explained costs/made sure I wasn’t going to be surprised with any fees, and they make scheduling so easy. I couldn’t recommend this service enough.”
