“Our experience with Restoration Online was exceptional all around. In particular we wanted to shout out the service from Zoe who was so responsive and helpful over both phone and email.
We first made enquiries on a Sunday. We received a response on Monday, and by the end of day Tuesday we had finalised our purchases. Within that time, Zoe helped us work through finishes, answered detailed questions about product availability and suitability, assisted with adding additional items, and guided us through invoicing and payment over the phone. The entire process was smooth and efficient.
The team also checked in with us to doubly confirm our order as it included some made to order pieces.
The team clarified that the delivery time frame could be up to five weeks (to accommodate the made to order pieces) - which helped us make an informed decision when we purchased. However, to our delight, our items were delivered at the two week mark, which is really incredible.
The assistance of Zoe and the overall standard of the service from Restoration Online was superb. We have found the bathroom renovation process quite arduous, but sorting out the tapware with Restoration Online was a most pleasant experience. Thank you Zoe and team.”

“I was really happy with the quality of the products I ordered. After I placed my order I received a phone call to confirm one of the products I ordered to make sure i realised the size of it. Great service.
In that case why only a four star rating you ask?
Delivery. It took way too long to come from within Australia. I’ve received things from China and England much faster. Also you pay for delivery only to have to go and pick it up from Australia Post. Not Restoration Online fault but it does reflect on them.”

Regarding picking up from Australia Post - we do offer the option to tick "Authority to Leave" at checkout - if this is not ticked, then the delivery person may take the parcel to a collection point if they deem it's not safe to leave.
