“The service was very efficient thank you. Only issue with the lock is that the small locking snib on the inside of the door is very loose and when the door closes it tends to drop down, locking the door. The lock is used on a federation screen door in a retail business with a lot of foot traffic so the door can be locked in error if the snib falls down. It is in situ now so we don't want to have to take it off again. A little bit disappointing. There is no way to tighten the locking snib that we can see sadly. Otherwise it is a nice addition to the door.”

These items are designed for residential rather than commercial use, so potentially the frequent use might mean this issue is showing up sooner than it otherwise would in a residential setting.
