“My new RinseKit Plus sprung a leak yesterday and I contacted Marlenne Bernal at RinseKit Customer Service. I learned that my home's high water pressure was likely the cause of the damage, and I purchased a simple water pressure regulator for my 3/4 hose fitting for future fillings to not overpressure my RinseKit again. Turns out that filling water pressure over 75PSI can damage the unit. The customer service she provided was beyond exceptional, and I could not be more impressed with RinseKit and their products! She send me a replacement free of charge. Wow!!! I use my RinseKit regularly to clean off after surfing. I also plan to take it overloading to clean dishes, hands etc. Since you can refill it and pressurize it with its built in hand pump, its a very well rounded and affordable option. I also purchased their heater accessory which should be a nice addition.”

“Love our RinseKit! Holds enough to rinse a kayak and a SUP, with enough left over to clean the family's feet before we get in the car. The tank on ours developed a crack and would no longer hold pressure. RinseKit immediately sent out not only a replacement tank, but a whole new RinseKit! That's customer service. Can't say enough good things about RinseKit!”

“Ideal for the beach, camping, and overall fun, the RinseKit cleans up the mess. Nothing like fresh rinse after a good surf or sandcastle building with the kids. Great for cleaning up the pups too. Customer support is genuinely friendly and I wish these folks much success in growing their business.”

“I’m giving the RinseKit company five stars for how they dealt with a defective item for me. I normally don’t write reviews and full transparency I haven’t been able to use the rinse kit but twice until it was defective. Frustrated with the outcome I contacted the company about the defective item. They were fast, responsive, and quick to ship me out a brand new one with no cost to me. Here’s hoping the second one has absolutely no issues. But if it does it’s very reassuring to know the company that backs their product fully and will send me a new one quickly.”

“I ordered 3 RinseKits last year to gift myself, my dad and brother. I'm deeply impressed by their customer service and warranty program. All 3 units leaked around the drain plug threads, but RinseKit was quick to replace each one for only the cost of shipping. They even upgraded the units with Pressure Booster pumps to extend the spray time and range when far from a faucet. I can't think of another company with such integrity. I'm grateful for the help so the whole family can clean up after their dirtiest days.”

“Had a little bit of a rocky start… my rinse kit pro got delivered to my neighbors and they were in the middle of moving out. So it got mixed in with their boxes but I finally got it four days after it said it was delivered and money well spent. I love the design and how compact it is for 3.8 gallon. It’s going to be great having it on beach and camping vacations”
