Cap has holes and leaks when you try to wear as a backpack. Sent a note. Hopefully I just got a defective cap.

I like my RinseKit, generally. I recently bought the heat immersion so that I could take a warm shower after long days of dirty work doing wildfire remediation. I was especially excited about the feature which allowed the heater to function off the trailer adaptor. What I didn't realize is that for the heater to work, my camper van has to be turned on so that it doesn't drain down the battery. In hindsight, this makes sense. But I wish I'd known this ahead of time so I didn't spend money on something I really can't use without further polluting an already devasted environment just so I could rinse off comfortably on cold nights. :(

My brand new, used for the first time, rinsekit won't stay pressurized. No matter how much I pump, the valve don't be trying to budge to #2 which means I can't even get in the green anymore. I was able to get to the green once...That was when I unboxed it.

The pump doesn’t hold pressure. I keep it in the green and get about 5 seconds of real pressure and then and drizzle after that. Also I don’t understand why the pressure release valve is right in the handle. It’s so easy to accidentally release pressure while pumping. Do disappointed and would love to have my money back.

So as i was expecting the tank won’t use all the water just with the hose pressure so i decide get the pump just in case, but. you will have to pump a few minutes to get a little bit pressure. Does not work right. i never get the “65psi” i should get.

I received the unit and it was cracked, I was kind of disappointing on the quality of the plastic but it still works didn’t like the fact that it was cracked and it’s hard to return it

Water was leaking from the first time we used it. Tried the troubleshooting and the screw was stripped.

My son bought the + model and complained after a year that rinse kit won't work, so he bought your competition, and was going to throw away and of course I had to see if I could fix.. The seam has a very small leak, bought pump to slowly add pressure

Both of our pressure-dependent models are backed by a 1 Year Warranty, if there were any pressure issues noted within that year, we would have offered a replacement. However, we do not have any records of correspondence with him that we can find. Ordered on 12/8 for a Christmas gift. Called and L/M and emailed to inquire on status after two weeks of waiting. Didn’t get a reply until after Christmas. Love the product, but disappointed in the customer service.
