It was all love, gave it to buddies on their bdays and all nice but yesterday I found a crack in it from it was loosing pressure. Never fell, bever fot bumped, there are no heavy things on the back of my car where it always stays. What happened?

Well.....I wasn't going to say anything but now that you asked. I ordered your rinse kit from Amazon, and when I received it,it looked re-giftedand I didn't care except it didn't have the hose attachment for my house!!!! So I ordered a replacement. I would find a more secure idea for that piece because it is extremely important. Either way I am thankful for my rinse kit!!

It didn’t come with a plug. If I hadn’t ordered the extra pressure booster it wouldn’t be useable. Still won’t maintain pressure. When I use it I have to pump the booster each time. I was excited about this, little bit of a let down for what I though the product would be.

Once I got my rinsekit plus with heater and assembled it the one thing I wish that could have been changed was thread tap on the tank. If they could have molded in a a metal ring to accept the metal heater I would feel much better about screwing in the heater and making sure it's tight. I can see where it might be easy to install the metal heater rods into the plastic tank and strip the threads. I added plumers Teflon tap to the threads to help make a better seal while not over doing it. I would be worried if I lent this to a friend and they stripped the tank.

I was displeased to see there was a discount code offered on Facebook after I received my item. The rinse kit works good but the plastic handle came off twice already and I don’t think the hose is long enough to use in a camping shower

I have the RinseKit Pro and the RinseKit Pro heater. I order the RinseKit Pro first. When it came I was excited, but when I opened it. It looked used. It had water on the side and like moisture in the plastic bag. The voltage meter was sideways. It worked. The heater came the same way. There was water and moisture in the bag when we opened it. Like some one used it. I Have not yet used it, but hopefully it works good.

I got the rinskit pod as a gift and it definitely doesn’t hold pressure for 3:30 straight. It pumps full speed for only 30-45 seconds, then slowly looses pressure for the remaining 1:45. It just dribbles for the last 30 seconds after that. I came here to purchase the pump handle to see if that helps, but the false advertising is sort of annoying.

Hi Alexis, Thank you for leaving the Pressure Booster Pump a review. We cannot seem to find an order for a Pod for you in our system, only the pump. Can you let us know where you ordered your unit from? When we refer to the spray times, for both our Pod and Plus models, we suggest using the Center setting for the best spray time results. Additionally, for best use, we recommend having the unit pressurized to 65 PSI. If all of the above are how you have been using the unit, it may have a leak. My pro started leaking and I sent it back. Then they refunded me but the email said they would replace the product. Customer service takes a few days to respond. Now I can’t order a pro because they are on pre-order. Literally in the middle of a water crises in Hawaii and we don’t have healthy running water due to the petroleum leak by the navy. It was great while it lasted. But customer service dropped the ball on us 😔 They didn’t pay attention to the emails. I asked for a refund on the box I had to pay for to ship it back and they refunded the entire purchase. The email prior said once I shipped it back to let them know and they would ship one immediately.

You were correctly refunded the shipping fees associated with shipping the unit back to us and a replacement was sent out to you on January 10th (UPS tracking number 1Z377Y420321979835), as stated in the email chain with you and our rep. Your entire order was not refunded. A final email was sent to you, January 11th, confirming the packaging refund and replacement and a response has yet to be received. Not very ergonomic, my unit would not hold pressure, had to pump frequently , heating mechanism really not practical except for vehicle uses,1st time I used my friends and it worked well for days, no heat required ,the designers might consider insulation and an easier to use pressure system

Love the concept. Filling it can be challenging if you wish to use other than a standard hose bib. None of my faucets fit the adapter and I had to wait weeks to find the dimensions of the one I ordered extra, which seems to be similar to the initial one. My garage sink requires and adapter and I have purchased many to try to adapt. I finally have the dimensions of the adapter, so we shall see. Hard to carry from my hose to the car. Excellent spray when you are able to do so. Again, love the idea. Just needs a little more adaptability for those of us who can't carry it that far when filled.

I thought I could put water in it from a gallon but u cant u have to pressurize it. So it really is not as useful as u think especially for my family of 8 goin to the beach but it's good for around the house. I had to buy the attachment for my sink and that cost me 20.00 and 2 days for delivery. I was goin to Return it but I hate the hassle and I still would lose 20.00 cause of the extra part I had to order. So what wasn't good for me might be good for u. It's just not good for beach with big family water goes too quick lol

It works as it shows but the hose seems to be falling apart haven’t got chance to reach out send pictures cause I don’t know how to contact customer service for them . The time works well as shown it’s pretty cool

Really bummed....ordered the pump and payed for next day shipping. My order was sent regular mail and would not arrive in time for our camping trip to moab. I immediately jumped on the chat as soon as I realized the mistake and cancelled the order. We ended up using the rinsekit and were able to fill the tank from our camper however, the pressure from the camper was not enough to completely fill and pressurize the tank. Couldn't shower off without multiple refills. My real problem was the shipping mess up, had directions been followed as I paid for I would have been very happy with the product. Not sure how the shipping department messed this up as next day shipping is substantially more expensive than regular mail. We are now considering returning the kit and finding something else out of frustration.
