I just bought the pump to pressurize the Rinse Kit and the pump leaks/ maybe doesn’t seal right 🤷🏼‍♂️

I understand that there are a small shop, but I haven’t heard anything yet mine was broken upon delivery I really don’t like giving such a poor review. Because I have the other rinse kit that I rather enjoy. Cheers

Paid for a new RinseKit Pro, but was sent a used item. There were scuffs on the item, but more importantly there was still water inside. E-coli, Cryptosporidium, Giardia, etc... ??? This is a health hazard considering this item is marketed for washing hands and bathing. Additionally, the box appeared to have been sealed a single time giving the impression it had never been opened. Perhaps unethical business tactics for reselling used items and boxing them like new? Even as a refurbished item, why would there still be water in the product? Negligence?

The pressure in the unit only lasts for about 10 seconds, and about half the water is left in the tank after it stops spraying. The fittings were also all loose and detached in the box when the unit arrived, which very easily could've been lost and accidentally thrown out. I purchased a "misprint" unit, but I didn't realize that would go beyond just physical imperfections. Now I am left with a unit that does not fit my needs that I can't even return.

Per our return policy, as stated on the product pages and on our FAQs page, the cosmetic misprint units are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. However, they can be warrantied. I apologize if this information was not made clearer. We have it stated several places on our website so miscommunications like this do not happen. I’ve had 3 rinse kits, they have all broken. I decided to order a spare part for my last one, I got in line to order and also saw 3 cool towels and decided to buy those. I was excited to get the stuff and start using my rinse kit again. I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address. But I immediately realized it and right essay sent an email to the customer support email to notify them for the correct address. They took 4 days to respond and told me sorry but it had already shipped. So now I’m out $100. Would have been nice if you had checked on your support ticket more quickly. So I continue to have a rinse kit that doesn’t work and I’m $100 poorer.

Product was ordered on December 9th, before the holiday delivery deadline. It is now Christmas Eve and the item has not even shipped yet. You guys weren’t even close.

Bought 2 for Xmas gifts, 1 for myself. The one I opened leaks air from the plunger and will not hold pressure for any length of time. Hope the others are better.

It only sprays for 4 mins and then the pressure is slightly less afther 3:45seconds and the hot rod takes to long to get to a very nice and comfortable warm like in an hour? The kit doesn't even have a small portable external battery. & the hotrod can only power from a car 12v! I said enough! The products on the right path but I'm afraid your stuck in the dark ages with idea. Wish I had enough money I could build this better and I'm just a kid!!! What do I know. Well I know I won't recommend this now that I've own it for a sometime now. I just was expecting more engineering in a product not this pro! Don't see the pro of itself,😏 my kids say "we could have made this ourselves in a diy and gotten a Nintendo switch DAD!! because that's more of a completed portable device"

Hello Mark, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are very open about the specific spray settings and spray times on our website, depending on the amount of pressure in your kit and the setting you are using, the spray times WILL vary. Additionally, we are open about how long it takes for the Hot Rod Water Heater to heat up the water in your RinseKit. As stated in our FAQs section, the heater will heat the Plus 11 degrees Fahrenheit every 30-minute interval and the Pod heats 13 degrees Fahrenheit every 30-minute interval. It will not heat up very quickly if you are, as an example, taking a quick drive to the beach. Also, the purpose of the Hot Rod Water Heater, and RinseKit in general, is to have hot water on the go. Hence the heater does not have a plug you can use to attach to your home. If you are looking for a RinseKit that has a battery, we have released our first battery-operated RinseKit a few months back (https://rinsekit.com/collections/pro-series/products/rinsekit-pro) One final note, after looking back at your correspondence with our customer service rep. it appears that you had insulted them, calling them a highly inappropriate slur, for an out-of-stock issue that was out of our control. I already wrote an email to the company and sent messages through IG dm about this without a response. I received my rinse kit pro and it was a disaster. There were wires sticking out between the shell and the insert. The were bolts that were not even installed holding the pump in place. A single piece of packing tape poorly applied is what was holding the battery in place and the insert was severely warped. Yet, there was a QC inspection card laying on top. That means someone was either lazy and just tossed a card in and didn’t bother to actually evaluate the unit or they evaluated, have no idea how to do their job and still decided to waste my time as a buyer and the companies time as an employee. Overall the product is bottom of the barrel in quality of parts and especially poor quality in regards to factory assembly. I would’ve expected someone from Rinsekit to have inspected the unit after I returned it, verified indeed is was a dumpster fire and then issued some sort of apology. The fact that didn’t happen tells me the company simply doesn’t care

Ordered and paid for a pressure pump thing that indicated was in stock and would ship in less than a week. It’s been weeks now, and as far as I can tell from tracking provided, only a shipping label was supposedly created in less than a week, which seemed promising at the time, but doesn’t indicate still that any unit was ever even picked up by the shipper for that label. It’s pretty hard to give a good review for something that I ordered and paid for but never shipped. Moreover, the pod unit previously purchased continues to uselessly just sit in its box in the garage for weeks now - pretty useless without the pump to pressurize it and in all honesty screams how it realistically should just come included with the unit instead of shamelessly being forced to additionally purchase it after the original sale in the hope that it might someday squirt some water as advertised. I don’t know though, so far it’s just a lot of good money after bad. Was this strategy originally pitched on shark tank? Burn me twice - shame on me? So far I honestly couldn’t be more disappointed. I hope someone might do me right because of this honest review. Will try to fairly update - for better or worse if anything changes.

Unfortunately, we have been having some issues with USPS and lost packages, and it seems like yours is one. Additionally, we are unaware of whose orders did not get scanned until it is brought to our attention. Your package was sent out again today 11/17. As for the Pod, there are 3 handy ways to fill the unit! The Pod comes with the Hose Bib Adapter and Hot Water Sink Adapter included, which are the first two, and the Pressure Booster Pump being the third, so purchasing the pump is not 100% necessary to add pressure to the unit, hence it being sold separately. We have some video tutorials on our website and YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIXJgerDjfA) that show all 3 ways in detail. We appreciate your feedback. I'm still waiting on my part... tracking number shows the post office is still waiting on package to arrive and uts been a while. Quick to charge and print out a shipping label but not to ship my what I would consider overpriced hand pump over.

I received the RinseKit+ in the mail very quickly as expected as I live extremely close to the warehouse. Unfortunately the hose bib was not included in the kit itself. I called that day and the next to request the part but just got a recording. A week later, I have not received a phone call back. Manual pump did not create necessary pressure for positive flow of water. Extremely unsatisfied and have net even gotten to use the product yet. I purchased this for a trip this past weekend and wasn’t able to use it. I’m on the verge of returning it if I don’t hear something soon.
