“Have used the radio's for a year now. Used for camping trips, utv rides, fisheree's. Very impressed with the durability and range they have. Also to cross talk with other brands. Hats off to you.”

“We have been using Rugged radios for almost a year at our school and I could not be happier! I had requested quotes from a few companies and Rugged's price point was better than the state's approved vendors. I had never worked with Rugged before, so I talked to them, and they sent out trial radios (return for a full refund). We put them to use for two weeks and decided they worked just as well as our previous Motorola and Kenwood radios. Actually, they worked better but that may have a little to do with the newer technology (digital vs analog). The signal went further than our previous radios as well as being cleaner. We have now been using them for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Jaden at Rugged Radios was great to work with and know their product. Jaden answered every question quickly, and we like the radios so I ordered the rest of our radios. We received our shipment of all the radios much faster than expected and I would not have any hesitation purchasing from Jayden or Rugged Radios again.”

“the headphones are great. The helmet speakers could have a better sound or ear buds. The air pumper and helmets are great at the sand dunes in Glamis. On busy weekends, there is plenty of dust. these helmets and pumper, not only cool you off, but let you breathe fresh air. The M1 radio looks better in my black Can Am and the intercom is a must. Everyone that rides with me with the intercom system, they all want to get the system when they buy a SXS and want me to install it.”

“For our side x sides, we have outfitted them with all Rugged Radios equipment. Intercom, race radio, antenna, headsets and cabling are all Rugged. Rugged has been extremely helpful when I have a question about a product or special cable and they have always had the answer. The only downside is not having any mounting ability for our equipment in our new Segway Villain.”

“The radios are great, the problem is cold weather battery life. We utilize these radios in a closed backpack with speaker/mic clipped to our backpack straps. We have six radios and the cold weather battery life is incredible inconsistent with some lasting less than 2 hours and a few lasting about 4 -5 hours. Note, we are mostly in monitor mode unless someone is lost or behind and trying to catch up. We have not had one of the radios last more than six hours. A bit disappointed in the batter life in cold weather. Temperatures are normally between 10 and 35 F. We recharged the radios everyday but they didn't seem to improve much. I tried to keep one in my coat to keep it a bit warmer, but that only increase it's battery life marginally.”
