“I wish more companies were like Rugged! They go above and beyond to make sure you don’t have any issues. I use both their handhelds and race radios and they work flawlessly. I hook them into my GoPro and have it record the intercom and radio for playback after races. I recently fell in love with their portable intercom which is amazing when you’re getting in different car that don’t necessarily have an intercom. Great products and great people!”

“Handheld radio batteries absolutely horrible at holding a charge. Have let me down every time, doesn't matter if it's extended battery style or not. Real bummer 😕. As for in dash systems second to none!”

“These radios are hardly any better than my kids walkie-talkies. I bought Rugged because they are supposedly the best but the handheld radios are not worth the postage to ship them. We purchased for family road trips to Mammoth, Mexico, etc. They get NO reception in your cupholder if your cars are further than 500 ft apart. We had to hang then from visors to work at all (which was ridiculous). A convoy of 4 family cars spaced appropriately along a highway; only the center car could hear everyone, front and back cars couldn't talk to each other at all (center vehicle had to relay messages). We gave up and when back to cell phones... super lame. Missed the return period so now they sit in the drawer never to be used again.”

“Have bought few things over then years! Last radio i bought the pumper was for a wildcat xx and the roll bar didn’t fit the pumper? Then I wanted to return the antenna and I left it with lance at the Leduc swap meet for return and never got my credit! Am ready to. It another radio and pumper for another car but not happy with your customer service! Poor customer service and no follow up!”

“My GMR2 radio needs are meet and when I had an issue with the clip that holds in the battery(it fell off randomly, didn’t notice til to late). I sent it in and they fixed it for me. Quick service. Thank you”
