“Very poor customer service...had a six month old hand radio that literally caught on fire internally. customer service rep told me that my best bet is to buy a new one there on sale.”

“I own a SXS, a sand rail and now a sand car. All three have Rugged radio's and intercom's. The SXS and sand rail have the newer GMRS45 and the 696+. We also have 4 headset's and two helmet kits. The sand car has an older VX2200 radio and an older intercom. Everything works really well except for the fact the older radio will not communicate with the newer ones and the older intercom doesnt have the blue tooth option. I was hoping to upgrade this older system and get some type of owner loyalty discount, but unfortunatley I was only offered the regular trade in price. Because of that I did rate my experience as a 3, other than that, its a good radio/intercom set up.”

“First off we enjoy having a car to car system and also the ability to talk to each other while off roading. My only complaint is I personally don’t have much knowledge about how to find different channels when asked to go to a certain channel. I’ve looked on different sites and still have not found much on a how to video …. Maybe it’s just me but that would be my main complaint with Rugged….”
