“Outstanding communication abilities and the ability to talk to everyone in the car without shouting is enough to use Rugged Radios. Ride all day with the headsets and you will understand the toll it takes on your hearing to not use these radios. Only reason I don't give them a 5 is the headsets themselves. I have had the mic boom break off on 3 headsets. Looking for a better option for a headset.”

“I bought the new gmr but haven't used it much because of winter in Montana. When I have, it has been very clear to listen to. The 2 together I'm sure are going to be awesome !!”

“The Rugged Intercom is a hands down game changer to RZR'n. The Rugged Radio company sales has been great to deal with. Friendly prompt service, you could not ask for more. The precut faceplates for specific vehicles make a clean install much easier,the main reason I bought Rugged over their competitors. The Rugged Radio product development guy is so arrogant that it is laughable. He believes he walks on water. All told they have a good product at a fair price”

“Customer service is great . Had 2 issues that I had to send my ptt button in , and on my radio the ptt wasn’t working , they fixed them no questions asked and sent them back quickly”

“I’m really happy with the products that I have purchased from you. They are well made and work great. Whenever I had questions about any of the products before purchasing you all ways had the answers. Ordering was fast and easy and you shipped in a timely manner. “On my last order something went wrong and unfortunately my package was shipped to my old address. I called once I figured out what happened and the customer service I received was just the best. They went ahead and put a new order in with my new address and got it shipped out the next day.”

“Ordered mounting brackets for my FJ, all brackets came in very quickly, called in and spoke to there sales staff and technical support about future pieces I need to add to my truck and they where very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk too”

“A group of us purchased our radio systems from Rugged Radio last year. It was our hope that it would benefit us to have good communication between each other out in the desert. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case each time we’ve gone out. It seems that there is always someone who can’t communicate with the others. We’ve been trying to figure out the problem(s) as these were not cheap radio systems. After contacting Rugged Radios technicians, they sent instructional information on our radios that hopefully will help. I wish I could give 5 stars but for the price of these radios, most of us haven’t been 100% sold on the quality. Sorry”
