“My only complaint is there is a lag time from when you press the PTT button of about 1-2 seconds I really wish it would transmit immediately.”

“My wife and I really enjoy our Rugged Radio. Now we are able to communicate with each other easily and clearly without having to yell and the ability to listen to music has really enhanced our rides. A few times we rode with other riders that have Rugged Radios, to have the ability to communicate back and forth car to car made a big difference in our ride. Thank you for putting these out for us to enjoy!”

“Love all the many different products I have bought from Rugged over the years. Alway high quality from awesome gear. I have felt like the prices are good for what you are getting, but you think it is more than you can spend just wait because they have killer sales almost monthly. I have heard a lot about other companies on the market with good stuff and I have always said I will get something different when I question my purchase. So far I have never been tempted to leave Rugged.”

“Rugged radios customer support is over the top, amazing! They were there for me when I needed to swap out my R1. I happened to be in town and walked in, in no time I was on my way with a new radio. Was off-roading for a week in so cal and the radio was critical to keep in contact with the group. Rugged stands behind their products, no questions asked. Super friendly and knowledgeable people. Rugged customer for life.”
