“I've had Baci chocolates for the past 30 years but they are not easy to find. So I placed an order for 75 packs last week directly wit Sacla as I'm using them as favours for a birthday lunch. Their service is fast and all replies to emails also immediate. But their courier delivered my parcel to a wrong address and I received it after three days only because the lady who took it in came personally to hand it to me. Had this not happened Sacla promised a full refund. Their customer service is second to none and I'd happily reorder with them.”

“Brilliant products and customer service! My order was delivered with a partial error, the green pesto was the old recipe containing soybeans when I ordered the new recipe specifically for my toddler who is dairy and soy intolerant. The customer service’s was one of the quickest and politest I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They organised a replacement which was dispatched within hours of me raising the issue and arrived the next day I think.”
