“It was nice to order directly from my favourite pesto company. Although I do wish their prices were a bit more competitive on the website as ordering from Amazon or other retailers are often slightly cheaper so maybe they can consider giving exclusive pesto discounts to match that or beat it at at least”

“The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that instead of my 18 identical bottles of Cipriani Bellini being I 3 cartons of 6 they were individually wrapped in insulated plastic. Shocking waste of single use plastic and made the bottles a nightmare to store. The product however is fabulous!”

“Product really good, however, the whole experience of ordering on line spoilt by DPD delivery service. They were useless and caused us many problems finding out where our order had been delivered. They dropped the product randomly off at a house 100s of yards away. Then sending a message it had been dropped off at a neighbour. Would think twice on ordering on line again if DPD are the desinated courier.”

“The product was delivered perfectly, extremely well packaged, though I was expecting it to come a little closer to Christmas - I selected the just before Christmas delivery option (the product itself, panforte da Siena by Nannini, was a surprising disappointment, as I have stated in my review of it, but that was not the fault of Sacla).”

“Limoncello truffles were not available (they are still being advertised which Inthink is a breach of the law) but helpful staff guided me to the limoncello pralines. Lets wait and see how they taste. They weren't cheap...”

“I puirchased a gift voucher so that a friend could experience some of your excellent products. The purchase didnt go smoothly and the voucher wasn't deliver. I did contact cusotmer support and promptly received help. After serveral attempts the agent was able to provide me with the code. I passed this onto my friend and they were able to make their purchase.”
