While the product is good, the packaging was terrible. The box was massive with just a few jars in the middle and the amount of packaging half filled our wheelie bin! The "free" pack of grissini were badly damaged as they had so much space to rattle around.

We’re glad to hear you were happy with the product itself, but we’re sorry to learn that the packaging didn’t meet your expectations. Your order contained 24 glass jars, and to ensure they arrive safely and intact, we use extra protective packaging to minimise the risk of breakage during transit. That said, we understand your concerns about the volume of packaging and the impact it can have. We’re also sorry to hear that the complimentary pack of grissini was damaged. We’ll certainly review how we can better secure lighter items in future shipments to prevent this from happening again. Whilst I realised that the cannoli I bought were long life and saved me going to the shop go fresh, they were really quite dry so would not buy again

Panettone I purchased was a gift so I can’t comment on product itself. Delivery was slow. 2?weeks before it arrived. Was panicking a little thinking it wouldn’t arrive on time ... but it did. The gold tin was slightly dented ...could of being better protected. So for me to purchase again I guess it depends on how good it tastes.

Thank you for your feedback. According to our records, your order was placed on 6th of December and successfully delivered on the 14th. While there were slight delays originating from our warehouse, caused by an unexpected surge in Christmas orders, additional unforeseen delays occurred due to the destination being in the Highlands. Would have been 5 stars but was a bit dissappointed by the expiry date on the Tomato Stir-in sauce which is only a couple of months away.
