Amaretti Soffici alla Fragola, struggled to find strawberry flavour. Absolutely tasteless and grossly overpriced. Would be embarrassed to give them as a gift.

Unfortunately, my order which contained Christmas presents for three different people was damaged in transit by the courier. The order which I placed on the 18th Dec was returned to DPD depot on the 21st and Sacla failed to inform me of this situation until I contacted them on the 27th Dec, by which point Christmas had passed. After contacting them I was informed that a full refund had been issued as they didn't have stock to fulfil my order. I was left without gift for family members and no time left to by something to replace them with

Product wasn't fresh. And lacked taste. ...difficult to remove the protective paper which was stuck to it .

Products are fine. But, despite their claims of green friendly packaging, they always send small items in a huge box with lots of unnecessary packaging. They had assured me that my next order would be sent in an appropriately sized box. But, then sent in another huge box. Their reason was that they wanted to use up the remaining boxes they had left. I shan't be purchasing any further items until they practice what they preach.
