“The package was never delivered. The reason given recipients refused it. The intended recipient never saw the package. It was not delivered to correct address. The plus side was that a credit was given quickly but I had to find another company to order my gifts.”

“False advertising with reference there delivery time just to get your money in probably & the PA to the director confirmed on the phone that I should have my goods the next day as the order was with the distribution team before cut off, I paid for next day delivery & they didn’t honour it ! The PA she didn’t respond to the answerphone message I left either. This is why the rating of 1 has been given !”

“Paid for a delivery service that has not been met. Got given a fake tracking number that does not work. Tried to email to ask what was happening and the response given was not helpful. Been waiting over a week for the tracking to be updated and nothing has changed.”

“Very disappointed. The Pistachio chocolate bars were much smaller than I had imagined and there was no taste of Pistacghio at all. I won't be buying from Sacla again”
