“Everything I have received from Salter & King has been wonderful so far. The supermarkets simple do not come close for quality and flavour. Their Sutton Hoo chickens are the best I've ever tasted, like chicken tasted when I was much younger. Proper flavour. The steaks are well butchered and matured well. Have had no issues with delivery. Everything arrives chilled and in perfect condition. I can't recommend them highly enough and will continue to use them as I know they have a positive impact on the farms and the animals which they support.”

“As Aldeburgh residents, we have bought all of our meat from Salter and King for several years. The meat is all locally sourced and we have never bought meat that has disappointed. Excellent turkey and ham at Christmas!! The staff are well informed, helpful and friendly. Definitely the place to buy your meat in Aldeburgh! Sarah and David Gordon”

“Wonderful fresh products -locally reared in fields -and the service is : friendly , extremely helpful ,and they will do special cuts if rquired and deliver locally. it's always a pleasure to go there. They also sell very good fresh vegetables, chutneys ,honey ,sausage rolls ,and other deli stuff.”
