So two G&T knives ordered there and then. I started the process of creating a knife for hunting with the brilliant advice from Laurie. “I had 4 custom knives made for a 50th and the team were great - the first set they made they were not happy with (quality of the walnut was not quite what they wanted for the custom handle design we were looking at) and so decided to remake to get right rather then just send out and hope I was ok with them. Very good service as expected and of course fantastic knives to use. I look forward to expanding the range with a cleaver and maybe a smaller utility knife at some stage.”
