“After seeking advice about a product I'd never used before and an email reply explaining clearly to offer reassurance I placed my 1st order. My order arrived in good time and I'm very pleased with the items. I ordered from Scents Soaps and Candles as they are quite local to myself which was what I wanted. I'd love a collect service where you could just pick orders up instead of paying delivery and waiting. Will definitely order again”

“The Angel fragrance I bought for over £58 smelled of nothing at all and the company would not believe me nor let me return the product. I have bought from them before but this time they showed their true colours. Such a shame and very unfair. Please don't buy from them they are not to be trusted in my experience. No wonder that many reviews of the Angel fragrance simply say that it arrived but no comment about its value, scent or strength........unbelievable!”

“Arrived pretty quick via Royal Mail and the P&P rate didn't seem too bad this time! I do admit that P&P rates seemed to be spiralling out of control and for small busnesses/hobbiests like myself who only need small amounts ordering, it was crippling, so glad about this! As usual, products received were exeptional.”

“After buying scented wax melts on ebay and, in my view, had very little scent, I decided maybe if I bought scent and added it to the wax melt, maybe then I would be happier. I bought 3 different "flavours" and they arrived very quickly, literally 3 working days. What a difference. Black Opium is my favourite scent so used that first and what a difference. The whole house was filled with the smell. I have now purchased 3 dropper bottles to decant the essence so I had more control over adding the scent. This website will be my new favourite and I can't wait to try other scents. I recommend this site highly and will be purchasing again. Many thanks.”
