Not happy with the response or negative attitude of Richard's reply on 17 Feb My last order of 1 kg parrafin kerawax Contained 927 grams. to allow a plus or minus a gram or to is one thing but 73 grams is another. (my email stated 25 grams in error). to indirectly suggest my digital scales are wrong. Which are within the acceptance level, without the hint of an apology is hadly customer "SERVICE". Or very professional. Your in anticipation Tony Regan”

Hi Tony, All wax is weighed by a machine when it is bagged, and then when it is sealed. The DPD parcel weights also showed this was over the correct weight.
