Hi Eleanor, I'm sorry that you didn't like the speed of your parcel. As it was ordered on a bank holiday, our staff were at home having a well earned rest and DPD were not collecting any parcels. As a result, your parcel was sent out the day we resumed working.

“Honestly love you guys. I order from 3 other suppliers but Scents always despatches and delivers my items at least 2 days before the other suppliers. If you had everything I needed, I would only ever shop with you. Your fragrance oils also smell better than the others but you don't carry every FO I need.”
