“Excellent service and advice... I live 2 hours south of Perth. Ordered on a Friday before their 2pm cutoff for same day dispatch... Due to Mr 6 birthday only a week away I paid the extra for express shipping... The warehouse guys had it packed and shipped within an hour and a half and I received it Monday afternoon... Couldn't ask for better than that. I can see more purchases for the girls as their interest in scootering grows and to keep up with their brother....”

“This review is directed towards Scooter Village and not Australia Post. Australia Post miss placed our order but deliberately and mischiefly continued to use the term on its way knowing that the item had not moved from the day it was delivered to Australia Post. To make matters worse Australia Post stated that if the item was a month late then it was up to us to find it. Thankfully Ethan?? from Scooter Village took over our case. Australia Post issued a new time frame, that was met by Australia Post. The service provided by Scooter Village was extremely sound and supportive. Well Done especially the role of Ethan. (I hope that is the corect Spelling) The Steel Shim is working extremely well and my grandson is on top of the world. John”
