“This is the second scooter we purchased from Scooter Village. The first one arrived with a scratch on the handlebar. We still have not heard back from the company. Unfortunately we ordered the second before the first issue was resolved. Do not recommend.”

“Initially seemed friendly and efficient.... It's now been > 3 months since the wrong scooter was delivered, correct one still NOT delivered and the scooter village team have stopped replying to my emails to follow this matter. 4 emails sent since late December, no reply.”

“Sadly, I never received the scooter. Followed this up with AusPost in the first instance who investigated and suggested the possibility of the package being delivered without signature and possibly stolen from my front door. The suggestion was made by AusPost to contact Scooter Village to see if there is protection on orders however they handballed me back to AusPost. Very disappointed with the service.”

“Unfortunately not a great experience, purchased the scooter on 10th Dec for my son’s Christmas present (all info provided stated it was ordered early enough to receive before the 25th). The item was only dispatched on the 19th and received an email stating we wouldn’t receive the scooter until the new year. Scrambled for a few days and purchased a display model of the same scooter so we were able to give him something Christmas morning. Have since received the scooter which is still in its package in the cupboard. Will look to sell it if we can.”
