“Haven’t received product yet, but when I was purchasing this for my sons birthday it was in NZ dollars just like the other sites I purchase from when it comes from Australia so it showed at $348 so I paid for it but when I checked my bank it was $379.25 on the statement. Plus I cannot track it which is super annoying and it’s been 3 weeks so far”

“Terrible customer service. Emails go unanswered after so many requests to replace a faulty bearing kit. No communication as months drag on. Was a main birthday present purchased in November that my 12 year old son has never been able to use. Continually asking for a response. Would never recommend.”

“Hi, well I've been asked to write a review nearly 3 weeks since I ordered the scooter but unfortunately the scooter hasn't arrived yet. When I ordered it, it was stated the postal time was around 4 days. I contacted Scooter Village to have the parcel rerouted because we are travelling but they haven't got back to me to help me out. Now I'm about to head back to sweden and the scooter is who knows where. A little help from Scooter Village with Australia Post (as they won't deal with the receiver) would have gone a long way. So thanks for nothing.”

“NOT HAPPY! Purchased 12/12 express post paid for. Phone message left 21/12, emails sent 21 and 22/12. No response. Auspost said they had not received parcel with tracking number you supplied. No response to any communication so spent more money so my daughter didn’t miss out on the one thing she wanted for Xmas.”

“I have not received my purchase, I have contacted you through email and nobody has answered it. Really poor quality attention and client service. Hope I could get the item during this week otherwise I would make a claim through the client service authority. Thanks”
