“Ordered online for pickup, said products I ordered were in stock, they were not. Had zero communication about it until I called a week later to see if I could come pick up. Was told for the next 3 weeks (when I called again each time) that it would be ready by end of the week, which it was not. Waited almost a month to receive products, then when I went to collect, products weren't even there and had to wait 20 minutes for them to collect from their 'warehouse' even though I had informed them I would be collecting with probably 6 hours notice. Products and pricing was good, but customer service was non existent.”

“This was a Christmas present it didn't come covered and the grips I brought were shoved in the tramp scooter box There seemed to be no thought out into it at this time of year.”

“We ordered the below deck for my son’s birthday but got sent the V2 instead (photo attached). Would have been nice to be told it was out of stock and got the choice to get our money back. I’m keeping this one just because it’s less hassle”

“I spent over $500 for two scooters for my boys birthdays and they were shipped together with no protective packaging and they were taped together causing the boxes to be damaged when separated. One of the boxes had also been dinted in transit. These are presents and it would have been nice if a little more care was taken when shipping orders.”

“The scooter was delivered pronto, but when my son went on it for the first time the (material covering the) deck got roughed up real bad, even though he was just doing a few simple tricks on our driveway.”
