Choosing the correct courier company to deliver your package is paramount to customer service. Receiving items in good time as stipulated when you purchase is important in customer confidence. There has been no comms since Tuesday last week on the item I have purchased from the current courier or state service used to deliver the product. Poor

Can't review the products because I am still waiting on them to arrive. Australia Post is useless. DHL for the win. Could not care less about saving money on freight. Bill away, then maybe I'll receive the goods.

Whilst I received bearings, they did not come as advertised and where are the spacers!!? I’m not very happy.

I was disappointed because I thought I was ordering a white bag. Its actually greyish. If the photo is so inaccurate then the colour should be stated.. As far as delivery , I have no complaints.

A little disappointed to see my sons face when you put a s8 into a s9 box . He thought he got a s9 so was disappointed when it was only a s8 . Rather dissatisfied with that especially for his birthday

With all respect, I think you should ask for a review after you get a confirmation of delivery. I’m still waiting for the items to arrive
