“Great service in the end... My son ordered a complete scooter from Black Friday sale. About 10 days later we heard it was out of stock, very disappointing. But you came through and offered him another model at same (heavily) discounted price. Thanks very much!”

“Great product and staff were so helpful just before Christmas making sure we received our scooter in time. Hard to reach by phone but quick email response time. our 4 year old loves her i glide. I I’ll definitely shop here again.”

“I would suggest some newer staff were given a little more processing training but very friendly and informative. Was a little disappointed I was charged freight when my purchase was $1 short of your free shipping. Despatch and delivery time was very impressive.”
