“Took a while to receive the parcel from Australia to NZ but I was kept informed of the parcels progress through tracking. This helped reaasure me when the parcel was due to arrive and when it had landed on my doorstep. Most appeciated.”

“Scooter arrived in good time from oz to nz.. my sons pretty happy with the scooter! Just needs to buy spacers to fit new wheels, as he bought a replacement set of wheels also but they are a bit narrower then the originals.. the tools provided were not a perfect fit though for the wheel nuts so quite hard to undo & very tightly fitted.. that’s probably only gripe! Other then that happy kid!”

“Made an online order a few months ago, unfortunately one of the items was out of stock but i was not notified about it. However, once I reached out about it sales were very proactive in finding me an alternative and getting the crate on its way as soon as possible.”

“Easy to deal with and deck was as described / shown on the website. Arrived from Australia to NZ within 10 days. Free shipping was a bonus. Son was disappointed there was no 'Scooter Village' stickers for his helmet (LOL). But great service and would use again.”

“I was really impressed at how easy and quick it was to order and then have them delivered. I have not seen them as yet as they are Christmas present, and I had them sent to my in-laws. Looking forward to seeing the kids faces when they open them.”

“Great service and very happy with the scooter. Unsure of the right size to get a tall teenager and living in New Zealand I phoned to get advice, the staff member was very helpful and the scooter he recommended was a perfect fit and will last. It took longer than expected to arrive but that was New Zealand Posts hold up and being able to track where it was was great. Thank you Scooter Village.”
