“Hey Scoter village. We have received our package. Tramp Scooter. but it appears we are missing some parts. The 'extender' to the handlebar shaft does not fit therefore we cannot make it longer to fit my sons height. He has opened and assembled the scooter and used it. however we have discovered this after trying it. What shall we do to rectify this?”

“Product was what we expected but it certainly took a very long time!!! Ironically, an item I purchased from Sydney a week after the bars were ordered, arrived at the same time. Also, the packaging wasn't great. Luckily, bars weren't damaged.”

“I ordered Honeycore Wheels They arrived on time and in hood condition alongside a piece of paper that had spaces for whoever chose and packed the set Clearly it was made to reassure the quality if the product but it was just a sheet with a product name, image, and quantity Didn’t affect the product though”
