“Got wheels at a decent price on sale was happy with them, however shipping to nz took over 2 weeks I reached out to them and they basically said it’s not there problem. Well still reliable just not the best service and shipping speeds.”

“You sent me a rear axle instead of a front axle (despite the purchase being a front one) and obviously i can’t return it as i tried to put it on my scooter. I liked the grip tape i bought though”

“The scooter itself is cheaply made and I was very disappointed that you don’t supply the Allen keys to actually put it together. As we live out of town my son had to wait until we got into town 2 days later to get the tools.”

“The scooter arrived quickly however there was so much plastic wrapping around it .. an environmental nightmare :( .. also it would have been so much better is you’d have provided an Allen key to help assemble it .. mums don’t usually have these types of things - thanks”

“The scooter was delivered promptly. It was a Christmas gift for my son. But unfortunately within 2 hours of riding it the grip tape started peeling off the deck”

“Niece's love the iGlide scooters but I ordered one blue and one purple. Was sent a blue and a pink?? Not what I wanted but luckily the girls didn't care. I appreciate it was probably a busy time during the Christmas rush, but a little more care packing orders would have been nice.”
