We purchased online but had an issue with assembling the scooter. We could assemble but it wasn’t accurate. When we rang for support it was offered but we needed hands on help. The distance of the store maybe it extremely difficult particularly during covid. We will not purchase again online for a scooter

On the 30/07/21 we ordered a scooter online from Cairns. Order no S26467 in anticipation it would arrive for my son’s birthday on the 15/08. By the 11/08 we were concerned it was not coming, we had been following the tracking number 33M78500096000. We contacted Australia post via the online dispute form and and received a response 11/08 that they would investigate, Case no. 41492503, was logged. We were advised to contact the Supplier. I spoke to your employer Ethan on the phone 12/08. Ethan was helpful, reassured me it will be found and apologised. After this the tracking had logged it’s return to you, the supplier, in Waverley Brisbane and a day later I called your store again and spoke to Chris on 17/08 and on your system he also confirmed it had been returned to the store but was unsure if it’s whereabouts. He committed to resending, as soon as it is located. He mentioned similar incidence’s have occurred with Aust Post and would send it express. I’ve not received another tracking number so I’m unsure it’s been recent at this stage. I thought we may have been re-contacted by the store between 17/08 and now to reassure us it’s been sent. I am disappointed, I understand these things happen. But I’m not sure why. Aus Post say the label may have been damaged and they could not read the address. That’s the only explanation received thus far. We still have not received the item we purchased.

Delivery is still coming even though I got express shipping and has yet to arrive I have been waiting 8 days so far and it has still not arrived when it said 3 to 4 business days so abit dissatisfied with that, but the overall layout of the site and checkout was good but the delivery not so much, with COVID and all that’s going on at the moment it’s ok but would like it to be a little quicker delivery since I got express not regular shipping.

Scooter village sent my son's scooter out the day we ordered it, and it was delivered to our rural address in New Zealand within a week so on that front we were very happy. However, when we were removing the scooter from its packaging we noticed that the paint on the scooter was scratched right down to the metal which is disappointing. Also, when I ordered the scooter, I was surprised at what I was charged. I checked the exchange rate and found I had in fact been overcharged by approximately $20. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things but I did contact Scooter Village about this through their online chat option. As yet, they have not responded.

I ordered abec nine bearings and got sent Abec fives and when I sent an email no one ever got back to me looks like I’ll just have to shop at scooter hut from now on at least the reply to there customers
