“Unfortunately we got wrong size scooter on advise and now have to buy new handle bar in right size. Other than that delivered quickly and it's good quality”

“Very happy with the scooter, delivery etc but asked a question in the website about extras and never got a replay. Was trying to buy a seat that is shown on the box. Shame as spoiled all the other good work. Cheers”

“Hi. All good until we opened the box and discovered there was a part missing. The clamp to attached to the bottom of the bars to attach to the steering shaft. Can you please send? Thanks Grant”

“1st 2 orders arrived on time and had no issues. Last order I was sent the wrong item, received on a Friday and called to arrange for it to be sent back and the right item sent to me I was told it’s nearly 4pm Friday afternoon and all staff had finished for the weekend. I was asked to send a email and they would contact me Monday morning. A week later and I still have received a phone call or received an email from them.”

“Great scooter but no sicker supplied, scuff on the rubber handle and the thick material on the top of the board that you stand on is lifted near the handle. My son worked hard to save his money to buy this scooter and I told him to return it but he wait and wanted it for so long he’s accepted the scooter as is. I feel so terribly sad for him Is there anything you can do for him ?”

“While the quality of the scooter is good we were sent the wrong colour. As it was a Christmas gift I left it in the black plastic when my son opened it, it was not the one he had chosen. Was meant to be black/red and was sent an oil slick”
