Not very happy with this product, First use over a jump and pole snapped in half. After 3 phone calls and an email , no response From store. Very poor customer service . After spending that kind of money and no solution I won’t be recommending to anyone

Hi the scooter didn’t come with a head cap. Not happy about missing part.

Scooter handle does not click into base so handle comes out all the time. Very poorly made. Disappointing as this was our second purchase and other scooter has been ok.

No one contacted for ages I had to ring to see we’re my order was they didn’t hav the scooter I payed for so I ended up getting a different one I didn’t want an I had to ring them to find out what was happening not good take of online the ones u don’t hav in stock

I am not happy with the service because I wanted to change my helmet size, when I sent it to you back I paid delivery fee, when you sen me the new one you charged me delivery fee and at the first order I already paid one more delivery fee as well. That not my understanding about good services.

The grip tape was pealing when it arrived. Only had the scooter a couple weeks and dropped in on the skate ramp and back wheel broke. It’s stuffed. After paying $250 it didn’t even last a month.

I’m wanting to return the scooter as it is not suitable. Have emailed sales for return details but no reply. I am time poor with work so can’t make it over there to do the return in person!!
