About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“The quality of the Scratch Sleeves is very good. My daughter has bad eczema flare ups on her face and it is very challenging to get her nails cut or filed down. The Scratch Sleeves have made a massive improvement by shielding her face from her hands gently and allowing her skin to try to heal. She has three different styles, the vest, the sleeve, and the sleeve that velcroes closed like a cardigan and I find they all have a use depending on how I want to dress her that day. They also arrive super quickly. Thanks so much for creating these.”

“What I like about scratchsleeves is that once I got in touch to say their normal scratchsleeves weren't working for my granddaughter (she manages to claw her hands up inside the sleeves, go over the top of the silk part and make holes in it) They were all too willing to make up a custom made pair for her. It's a long and arduous journey with eczema. Awful for the child or adult that has it. Made better when their are options to help.”

“Best purchase! Our little one suffers from severe ezcema and someone recommended we get her this. She’s been wearing one since she was about 10 weeks old and is now 9months. As soon as we put the sleeve on, she completely forgets to scratch and doesn’t. It’s so much easier than mitts that don’t stay on. She can still grab her toys and play with them whilst she has a sleeve on which is a huge plus. The silk part on the hands is such an amazing aspect as it is gentle on her skin when she rubs her face. We have just purchased another bigger sleeve and a wrap one. Happy with both.”

“Purchased a sleep vest for my daughter who sucks her thumb and rips her hair out, this was my last resort and it has been amazing, no more ripping her hair out in her sleep, the vest is amazing quality, super soft! Brought one to see if it would work, and I’m about to go on and buy some more 🙏🏽 Thank you!! X”

“Life changing. Our daughter has been pulling her hair out for some time. It started as a little bit when she was teething but has gotten much worse. I had some hesitation as she sucks her thumb, but honestly she took to it really quickly. It’s been a week and for the first time in over a year she hasn’t pulled her hair out. So pleased, thank you x”

“The scratch sleeves are brilliant for my kid with eczema. Before scratchsleeves I was waking up regularly to stop him from scratching his arms, face, legs and torso. Since he started to wear scratchsleeves at night I am less concerned than I used to be.”

“We have bought Scratch Sleeves garments for around 5 years. They are in my opinion the best of the market for damage limitation caused by the scratching induced by eczema. Now our son is 6 we use them less but are still a nighttime essential. Unfortunately we need to replace them every 2-3 months. It's hard to say if this is due to our sons persistent scratching or due to their quality. We will continue to buy them as we really can't be without them.”

“Wonder assortment of product. It does take a bit of trial and error to find what works for you. Customer service is amazing and quick to respond! That being said, my LO has gone through several sleeve types and have torn through them. We now have the shirt and it seems to be the thing that keeps him from scratching at night. Thank you guys so much for helping not only my bub sleep through the night but me too as I don’t have to worry.”
