“My watch arrived with a stopped battery. I sent it back and very quickly received a replacement with a nice note in the parcel. It is a lovely watch, and so far everything is working very well.”
“Watch is good, delivery was fast. A bit of a complaint though in that I bought my watch with the orange strap fitted. I could choose another free strap so I chose yellow. Only a short time After I purchased mine (minutes, not days), my wife decided she wanted a new smart watch so was looking on the Sekonda website and noticed that if I had bought my watch with the yellow strap fitted, and selected the orange strap as the free strap, it would have cost about Ł20 less! That doesn't make any sense. Anyway, as I said, the watch is good, does everything I need, app is basic but functional.”

The magnetic strap is fabulous - very comfortable and doesn't catch on things (like the buckle strap); the straps are very easy to change”
