“The charger does not fix very securely to the watch, easy to knock it lose and then it doesn't charge. Also sleep times are way off, thinks I'm asleep when I'm just watching TV, I can't edit this on the app so not an accurate reflection of my sleep habits. Other than that, very happy with my new watch, it looks good and lovely how many watch faces I can choose from, also appreciate the changeable straps 😊👍”
“I received a Sekonda Smartwatch for my Christmas with a lovely pink strap on it.
Unfortunately the clasp on it snapped off and nearly lost watch. I thought that strap would be under guarantee but couldn't find out so had to order a new strap costing £10 plus delivery.

“I received the watch in great condition and delivery was great. However, the watch did not have a tab to stop the battery from the working. So, the battery was dead and I had to pay to replace it. Needless to say, I am not happy with the extra expense and will not recommend buying directly from Sekonda.”

However, the app (Qwatch) that is used for the Flex Smart Watch is miles behind the app Sekonda use for most of their other Smart watches. Shame because the watch is lovely. But will be buying a different brand for my daughter due to this app. Which frankly feels like a school project app compared to the companies other app. Shame as the watch is lovely.”
“Website easy to navigate, delivery time ok. Not sure how accurate measures are (heart rate BPM, watch doesn't even measure for a full minute before giving you a reading) Watch looks nice on though and extra free strap a nice bonus.”

“Great affordable smart watch, the charger doesn’t attach to watch very well so you have to try hard to balance it to get it to charge. User guide could be more informative. Quality is reflected in the price and the fact it has a metal strap is so much nicer to wear than the rubber straps other smartwatches have.”
“My beautiful watch was undelivered by the carriers saying no one was there I then have a e/mail saying as requested my beautiful watch had been delivered at a local post office and they would then e/mail a number so I could collect it all very confusing as I was in all afternoon”
“Easy ordering and fast delivery however the watch is a big disappointment. The BP and pulse measuring are way off and the watch is forever disconnecting from my phone even though I am sat next to it. The watch itself is pretty and a good size even for a small wrist bug I would not purchase again as the smart watch function isn't working as it should”

“The watch is fine for the price but if your looking for quality, then this is not it. Everything is very adequate but nothing more, it functions as should step counter, exercise programmes etc! The crown does not spin as I thought it did. I would of returned it but for the price it will do the job till I buy The Samsung Ultra.”
