“The lovely watch arrived and was opened with great anticipation, only to find the watch was not working , had to return promptly it being a present for a family member...really upset about this ...where's the QC”

“The watch itself is lovely and looks good. We also got an additional free strap with the order however when it arrived there were no pins in it to attach it to the watch. Upon feeding this back Sekonda requested we send the entire order back, the watch and the strap, which I was not happy doing. They said it was not possible to simply send a replacement. I argued this point and eventually they agreed to send a replacement strap. I asked that they check it includes the pins to attach the strap, but have had no confirmation this will be completed.”
“Website was hard to navigate but ordering was easy once I’d decided. Delivery was fine. The sheer amount of marketing emails is not. I keep hitting unsubscribe and I still keep getting them. Also I received demands to review prior to it even being dispatched.”
“The watch strap is really small as I’m a bigger woman and couldn’t do it up. I did like the watch though I would of kept it had it been bigger but sadly had to send it back”
“Looks good but pixel on the screen isn't so good a bit too sensitive scrolling on the smart watch doesn't show much of battery life when it's fully charged overall let's just see how lond it lasts,”
“Purchased the sekonda smartwatch, ordering was easy, delivery brilliant ??. Love the watch, stylish, comfy to wear. But as a step counter it's absolutely awful, not accurate at all, that feature is totally disappointing. Was amazed how little I did over few days so wore my previous tracker along side of it which counted my usual amount of steps but the sekonda had only half the amount on!!!!! So all other features brilliant but step counter is awful, a real disappointment.”
“Love the watch but it's not very SMART! Having used a fitbit, the step count, sleep monitor etc lets it down vastly, as very inaccurate. As a large watch with a back light that I can see without my glasses is a bonus though.”
“Great service but unfortunately the straps had to be returned. One due to the colour not being as described, it turned out to be exactly the same as the strap that was already on the watch I purchased. This one I didn’t try on my watch as I knew straight that the colour was wrong. The second strap was a perfect colour but would not stay on the watch although it was the correct size, there appeared to be a defect. Such a shame, love my Sekonda Smart watch and wanted to be able to change the straps.”
“Watch was beautifully made and looked fantastic, it had a great weight to it and felt like a quality made prodict. However, the strap was too small to even go over my hand. I did contact Sekonda to ask if they could send some additional links, but unfortunately they no longer have a spares dept. Return accepted and refund given without problems.”
“While I found you website and ordering process very good the method of delivery using DPD left a lot to be desired. I was advised on the day of delivery that the driver could not make it to my address due to traffic conditions. This was wrong as I was using the roads and they were clear. There being four different routes available to my house. Then the driver dropped it off at a local COOP collection point to be told the driver did this a lot to save time! I had to drive and use fuel in order to help the driver see time. I was not at all happy.”
“The fit of the watch is great. It looks good, but not all the features work all the time, irrelevant of Bluetooth being on, Wi-Fi signal good and reception. My phone is always in a close proximity to my watch, yet it doesn't always receive my messages. The sleep function is not and miss, pedometer isn't accurate but I can live with that. I wanted it because of those features and being able to receive messages without having my phone in my hand. shame really as it's a nice looking watch.”
“The original watch was faulty and as it was a birthday present for my son, this was disappointing. However, when I notified the company, they quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty watch.”
