“Well firstly I got the sent wrong item so I now have to go out my way to return it. It was a retirement gift so it wont be here in time. Ive had to send a couple of messages before I got a reply on how to get a refund. NOT GOOD SERVICE.”
“Instructions are useless and screen does not show battery life and unused apps are unable to delete so have to go through clicking all to get to one you want. Not easy to use either. Also strap extremely difficult to reduce in size. One point given because it looks good on and I can see date and time! That's it. I won't buy another one so dont send me £5 voucher as it won't be needed.”

Bought the watch and as I was buying from Ireland I had to ship to a UK parcel centre, got fleeced with delivery, duties and taxes only to receive a watch that didn't work. Contacted customer service who said that I'd to send it back at my own expense in order to get it fixed. This would cost more than the watch itself. I would steer well clear of buying from Sekonda. Only afterwards did I read the reviews and see that I'm not the first to receive broken goods! Shocking service!!!”

“I have been trying to organise a return since the 23rd of October, the returns lable button doesn't work. Ive used the contact me option and it won't submit my request. I have also emailed the company through PayPal and have still had no reply from the company. There is no contact phone number to call and speak to a human. I will not order from here again”
“I ordered a smartwatch as a present, but it never arrived. I don’t blame Sekonda for the parcel getting lost; these things can happen. However, I do blame them for the complete lack of response when I tried to contact them. I reached out to Royal Mail, who confirmed the parcel was lost and provided a case number so the retailer could claim reimbursement. I passed this information on to Sekonda, but nothing happened. Despite contacting them multiple times through different channels, I received no reply at all. In the end, I had no choice but to request a chargeback through my card provider; otherwise, I would have lost my money. Very disappointing service.”
“Two watches purchased and batteries stopped within 6 months.. Jeweller couldn’t put back on one of the watches and I broke glass trying to put on myself! Good looking watch but useless!! I left a message on Seconda system to ask for a phone call to discuss the situation but have heard nothing so far???”
