“Failed to honour offers during Black Friday sales. Do not buy from them. Continued lies from customer service indicating the offers I saw online not exist ant the time I purchased from them even after taking screen shots of them. Customer service team are useless.”
“Bought a Sekonda smart watch . The screen went wrong within a week . As for contacting the company, I gave up in the end . Put it in the hands of my bank to get me a refund. Customer service is one of the worst I’ve known. Royal Mail picked the watch up but I still haven’t had a refund. All I wanted in the first place was a replacement that wasn’t faulty. They could not even sort this for me. Also the phone button on my screen did not work. Gone back to using my old smart watch that has all the same things on it and work’s brilliant. And was half the price of the Sekonda watch. Hopefully I will eventually get my money back. They take it fast enough.”

“If you enjoy frustration acquire this watch.I usually have no problems linking devices to their respective app. This operation impossible. What doesn’t help is that the “Quick Start” instructions are contradicted in the on-line manual. QS advises linking via your phone Bluetooth. The manual instructs that the link must be made from the app. So using the QS advice probably confuses the linking and from then onwards, it’s a nose dive. I like Sekonda and have a number of their watches but this one received a speedy return and, to be fair, a very fast refund. Have to suggest looking elsewhere for your Smart Watch”
