“The watch itself is very well made and looks classy, but I was purchasing to replace my fitbit and unfortunately I found pretty much all of the fitness services it offers not at all accurate. It doesn't record steps very well and definitely doesn't record calories burned very accurately. I had the watch set to fitness in the gym and it told me after an hour working out, I'd burned only 3 calories. As a watch, it is very nice, but for fitness I found it to be lacking in all areas. It's also worth mentioning that the part that allows you to read your messages from your phone is also lacking, the font is very small and there is no option to zoom in or magnify at all and you can literally only read your messages, you can't send a reply or mark as read. The write up for this watch doesnt make that clear at all. I ended up returning my watch and I have to say Sekonda customer service was very prompt and made returning it for a full refund really easy. I wouldn't be able to fault them for that.”
“I returned my watch because when i recieved it, It was not working. Its been 4 days no one replied to my message and telling me what is happening with my watch. Really bad service. They should check my watch first place before sending it. How can you send a watch to your customer,When its not working.”
“Had many watches from Sekonda with no problems. This latest one unfortunately arrived with a broken strap. I am getting nowhere with Customer service! In fact it doesn't exist! To say I am upset & disappointed is an understatement! I would have sent it back by now but unfortunately there's no returns label! I have emailed & emailed to no avail other than my complaint number & it's being looked into. This just repeats everytime I respond! So I now still have a lovely unwearable watch & no going forward as to it being rectified!”

“Needed a smart watch for my wife, she liked the sekonda and initially really liked it as was lighter than my Galaxy watch 4. Within 24 hours of normal use the watch face has several deep and visible scratches. Never seen anything of the like before, having had several smart watches myself and being far less careful than she is! I'd post a picture but don't seem to have the option here...”

“Ordered a metal watch strap on line. No instructions in packet on how to attach or reduce the bracelet size. Strap is bulky around the catch. I only changed it because the rubber strap supplied with watch split. Poor quality original and replacement. Disappointing.”
“Despite the strap clasps not locking causing the watch to fall off, I change it over to the free strap which was equally useless as its magnetic but not magnetic enough. Then I tried to measure one of my walks and it didn't do it. The app is rubbish and the smartwatch us over priced for what it is. I sent an email that hasn't been responded to. So I had to scream & shout on there ads on Facebook before someone contacted me. So don't say I didn't warn you....”
“I ordered a smartwatch which came with an offer of a free additional strap. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and contacted you immediately after ordering. I've heard nothing in 2 weeks. No point in using your support site I'd you don't get back to people???”
