“They sent the wrong watch. Rather than exchange, they insisted I return first, place and pay for a second order, wait for a refund of the first. With a three day wait between every email. No offer to compensate for their error and delay it caused. So the watch is fine but the service was pretty poor. --- Update 06/01/26. I contacted Sekonda again as suggested. They feel their service was been fine, and no acknowledgement or token of good will required. But they did manage to waste more of my time.”
“I ordered my first smart watch online from Sekonda. I was happy that it came with a free additional watch strap, so I would have a spare strap and also because I usually wear a silver bracelet strap Sekonda watch, so it was ideal that I could get one as the additional strap. Unfortunately, the additional strap is extremely heavy, far too long and would need links removing - the strap was also not able to be exchanged for a different strap either. If I bought a Sekonda product again, I would buy it from somewhere else instead of buying direct.”

“From order to delivery took over a week. The watch is lovely, 'Taylor' model in rose gold and stainless steel. The watch arrived however the strap only just fitted. I don't have large wrists and was expecting to have to remove links as the stated strap length given in the description was longer than needed. After contacting customer service to request an extra link I was told they can't help me. They suggested I pay for a new strap that fits or send the watch back if not happy. How ridiculous !”
“Wouldn’t recommend this watch to anyone or sekonda themselves..steps were inaccurate the Alexa part wouldn’t work and battery only lasted 3 days..i tried contacting sekonda only to be told to leave a message and they’d get back to me but they didn’t bother to get back to me so i returned for a refund..basically was rubbish all round..”
“Heart rate monitor is wildly inaccurate. Cannot adjust watch hands as the pointer system on the app does not work therefore the purpose of the watch becomes pointless. Overall it needs a lot more work on the system to make this watch worth buying. Watch is going to be returned.”
“Poor small strap not designed for standard European wrist, more a child wrist watch strap. The watch dial is difficult to see and read. Very disappointing about the quality and have to now replace the strap with a new strap.”

“I purchased this watch for my holiday as wanted to be able to see it in dark places. After a phone call to Sekonda this watch was recommended as it was luminous. I am now on holiday and cannot see dials when in dark and on my return home shall be returning watch. Lovely watch but not luminous as informed”
“Well it takes a while to update and the blood oxygen has never worked I don’t think it is worth the money I paid. I though because my normal watch was good sekonda would be good but that’s not so”
