“Brought this Watch to use at work as my other smartwatches are expensive and I am always concerned about damaging them. Sekonda Had a sale on so I had a look and sure they had two smartwatches one for a man and a Ladys one. the man's smartwatch was advertised at Ł79.99 but had Ł20.00 pound off taking it down to Ł 59.99 so I thought I would get it for work. and as Sekonda is a good make I thought it would be a great watch. It arrived and when I opened the envelope to say I was a little disappointed was and understatement. The watch comes in a cheap-looking cardboard box and does not get any better when you open it the watch is cheap and plasticky feeling even when full charge the screen does not stay on you have to press a large button on the side of the watch to make it work. which sticks into your wrist. the screen is touch screen by swiping but it's slow to work and usually ends up giving you the wrong information. Also as with most smartwatches apart from Samsung and apple they use Wear os to use the watch. Sekonda has decided to make their own app up called hitfit pro it is slow to work does not always want to connect to your watch and wants to take over your phone wants you have installed it. I know the watch was on sale but Ł59.99 was too much for this watch it looks and feels like a watch that costs Ł29.99. I have a Casio watch that cost me Ł15.99 and it is better made than this watch. if you just want a cheap smartwatch or you are buying for a young child this may be for you. but other wise there are better ones out there”
“Very disappointed in the Active Plus Smart watch. Purchased it because some of the features it has are not on my iWatch. Design and style I loved, it looks good. However it was impossible to set up for my emails, all other functions seemed to work well. Unfortunately I have had to return the watch for a refund which hasn't arrived yet even though Sekonda received the watch a couple of days ago.”
“The watch is quite temperamental and it doesn’t notify me of any messages or calls. I’ve checked and tried multiple times now. I also any download the hit fit pro app but have to use q watch which has hardly any functions and isn’t accurate. Fit bit next time again!”
