“Purchased this watch because of its luminous dial, but it's impossible to read in the dark because the hands are almost the same colour as the dial. They need to be darker.”

“Sadly I had to return the Sekonda Ava Ladies watch I purchased, for two reasons. Firstly because the fixing for shortening/lengthening the strap was impossible to move and, secondly, the clasp itself appeared not to hold in the closed position. Very disappointing.”
“The watch looks nice and works well as a watch but not very well as a smart watch since it isn't actually compatible with any apps, meaning that the messages will show for a split second and then disappear if not clicked immediately. Also the clasp does seem to occasionally let go and I find my watch to be dangling around my wrist or on the floor. Not ideal and not suitable for me personally.”
“The tracker just didn’t record all my steps. At the end if my first workday I’d done about 3500. When recorded on my old Fitbit, the average by this time was about 6000. So I did a test. It’s only tracking about one third of my steps.”
“I recently purchased a watch strap for my Sekonda watch, as the strap that is with the watch is rubbery and causes irritation. I was advised by the jewellers to buy my own strap because the response time from sekonda is extremely slow. So I went ahead and bought a strap, with guidance from the assistant as to the size I needed. The strap arrived in good time, however it was too small! So had to send it back. I was really looking forward to being able to wear my watch again!”
“The watch is damaged I bought it as a Christmas gift. I contacted pandora with regards to this and it's a total faff. I would like an exchange but instead I have to send the original one back and re purchase. So I'll now be out of pocket until I get the refund. Not impressed with this service”
“Sekonda themselves were great - fast dispatch, fast refund process. The product however I felt could have been a lot better. The sekonda connect has a lovely silver mesh strap but grey/silver plastic watch face casing. This really let it down”
“I had got the sekonda active plus smart watch for my Father's birthday/Christmas present. Was over the moon to see I could get a free strap with this also. Gifted this to my dad who was confused about the free straps, as the watch face still has gold surrounding it so looks very odd, gold clock surrounding with the free stainless steel straps? Tried to look on the website to see if I could buy a face cover to correlate with the free strap but can't see such thing?”
“Nice design but have to admit that I was incredibly disappointed with the tinny feel of the strap…. I also purchased a watch from Casio whitch I’m totally obsessed with!”
“The look of the watch is really nice unfortunately the charger for this watch needs to be improved. It doesn't stay connected unless you hold the watch in your hand .. bummer because I was very excited to get the watch only to be disappointed by the whole charging system ??”
“Watch wasn't protected correctly when it was packaged - the watch was simply loose in a very large box within a thin plastic bag so the watch could have very easily come damaged.”
