“Lovely looking watch, good price and delivered on time but a watch is useless if it doesn't tell you the correct time. This watch (model 1708) losses so much time per day I have only wore it a few times in the 5 months I've had it and is now consigned to the back of a drawer. I could have returned it but to be honest I just couldn't be arsed so that's my own fault for being lazy hahaha.”
“Bought 2 different watches, one for my husband & one for me, and couldn't get the notifications to work properly on either of them (some worked but the most important ones didn't!). So bought another one to try but the same thing happened! Had multiple lengthy discussions with the AI chat on the website (which to be fair is a very good AI bot!) & trawled through the instructions & tried everything, but still not working properly. Sent a message in via the Contact Us form (frustratingly no phone numbers available to call!) but still no response a week later, despite sending a chase message. So, overall very gutted & will be returning all 3 watches.”
