Lovely looking watch, good price and delivered on time but a watch is useless if it doesn't tell you the correct time. This watch (model 1708) losses so much time per day I have only wore it a few times in the 5 months I've had it and is now consigned to the back of a drawer. I could have returned it but to be honest I just couldn't be arsed so that's my own fault for being lazy hahaha.

Bought the watches as gifts for family. Watches wont connect to phone, the display isn’t great for the price.

Bought 2 different watches, one for my husband & one for me, and couldn't get the notifications to work properly on either of them (some worked but the most important ones didn't!). So bought another one to try but the same thing happened! Had multiple lengthy discussions with the AI chat on the website (which to be fair is a very good AI bot!) & trawled through the instructions & tried everything, but still not working properly. Sent a message in via the Contact Us form (frustratingly no phone numbers available to call!) but still no response a week later, despite sending a chase message. So, overall very gutted & will be returning all 3 watches.

Magnetic strap keeps coming loose, took ages for delivery and had to pay 5 pound delivery for something that other organisations would have posted for free given their is no weight in it. Massively disappointed with my first experience with Sekonda products.

My watch was delivered broken. I'm having to send it back and hope for a replacement. It was ax xmas gift and frankly I was very excited for it. My first experience as a Sekonda customer hasn't been great.

watch arrived very quickly, initial first impression all good, but on setting time the dial knob pulled straight out, not great, and from china But Sekonda was very helpful on the return & Quick refund .

When I ordered a smart watch I also ordered a Brown Leather Strap as it was with the advert page with the watch I thought It would fit my new Sekonda Motion Smart Watch however its to wide at 22mm and it not possible to exchange as you have to return the hole order

I received a damaged unit - The case hasn’t been closed yet, therefore I’m unable to properly review. I’m still waiting for a returns label to be sent to me over a week ago

Watch face was damaged so I returned it under warranty. Reimbursement excluded delivery charge, very dissatisfied especially as it arrived to me damaged. Won’t be buying Sekonda again

I took an allergic reaction to the strap and my skin broke out into little blisters after the first wear. I won’t be able to wear it again.

I immediately requested a refund, which was processed without any issues, but I was surprised that no one from Sekonda reached out to inquire about the reason for my return. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the quality control and customer service standards of the brand.

Watch was returned as it did not suit. I received a refund but not for the p&p. As such, I was Ł6 out of pocket.
